      Preparation: Mix: 4 cups, Eggs: 3, Buttermilk: 3-2/3 cups, Canola oil: 3/4 cup, Yield: 20; Mix: 3 -1/3 cups, Eggs: 2, Buttermilk: 3 cups, Canola oil: 1/2 cup, Yield: 16; Mix: 1 – 3/4 cups, Eggs: 1, Buttermilk: 1 – 1/2 cups, Canola oil: 1/4 cup, Yield: 8. Preheat a nonstick griddle or pan to 350 degrees, spray with nonstick spray. Pour desired amount of batter on the griddle and cook a bit, flip, and cook some more until golden brown. Serve hot and eat a lot! Franker Muffins! Make your own Franken muffins! Follow the directions above to make the amount of batter you desire. Pour batter into your muffin pan, filling each cup about 2/3 of the way. Cook at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until golden brown!
