      gourmet italian casserole - ingredients: 1/2 lb wide egg noodles fc, vegetable oil, as needed fc, 1 lb beef, ground, 1 jar (23 oz) marinara pasta sauce fc, 4 oz cream cheese, softened fc, 1/2 cup sour cream fc, 2/3 cup cottage cheese fc, 1 package (7 oz) finely shredded, reduced fat low-moisture part-skim mozzarella cheese, divided fc, 1 tsp basil, crushed, 1/2 tsp garlic powder fc, cooking directions: preheat oven to 375°f. Cook noodles according to package directions; Drain, rinse in cold water; Drain; Toss with oil. Brown ground beef; Drain. Add pasta sauce; Cook for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat. Place cream cheese and sour cream in medium bowl, whisk until smooth and creamy. Add cottage cheese, 1 cup mozzarella cheese, basil and garlic powder. Stir until blended.
